30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return period on all orders. To be eligible, returns must be made within 30 days of delivery, and items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Your options are:

– Exchange — free
– Store credit — free
– Refund — $12 return shipping & handling fee

Please note:

– Our regular returns policy applies to discounted and on-sale items.
– We are unable to accept returns on opened fragrance, candles or solid perfume.
– Gift cards are not refundable.

How to return or exchange your order

1. Email hello@whom.com.au with your order number — it is in your confirmation email — and tell us which items you would like to return, and why.
2. Let us know whether you would like an exchange, store credit or a refund. If you are exchanging, tell us what you would like instead and we will reserve it for you.
3. We will reply within one business day with a return shipping label and instructions.
4. Pack your items securely in the original box, or suitable packaging, and attach the label.
5. Drop your parcel at your nearest post office.

Please allow up to 10 business days from the day your parcel reaches us for your return to be reviewed and processed. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Not sure about sizing?

Please ask before you order rather than after. Our Size Guide has full measurements for every size, our fitted sheets have 40cm deep pockets as standard and 50cm on Super King, and if you are between sizes or have a deep mattress, email hello@whom.com.au and we will tell you honestly what will fit.

Faulty or incorrect items

All orders are carefully inspected before shipment. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or incorrect product, email hello@whom.com.au with your name, order number, a photograph of the item and the fault, and a short description.

We cover everything on faulty or incorrect items — return postage and replacement or refund, with no fee — whenever you notice.

Bamboo lyocell is a delicate natural fibre and should be handled with care. Please follow the care label. The following are characteristics of untreated natural fibre rather than faults:

– Wear and tear in the course of normal use.
– Pilling. Our fabric is tested by SGS and rated highest possible for bamboo pilling, but as it carries no chemical anti-pill treatment, slight pilling can still occur. It is easily removed with a fabric shaver.
– Colour fading over time, particularly if dried in direct sunlight.
– Colour variation between batches and from photographs.

International orders

Please email hello@whom.com.au before returning anything from outside Australia and we will sort something out. Return shipping on international change-of-mind returns is at your own cost.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including a right to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
