WE OFFER RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE RECEIPT OF YOUR PURCHASE. IF 14 DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE THE RECEIPT OF YOUR PURCHASE, UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN'T OFFER YOU A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL AT HELLO@WHOM.COM.AU WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE TIME YOU RECEIVE YOUR PURCHASE AND PROVIDE YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER AND REASON FOR YOUR RETURN.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH TAGS STILL ATTACHED AND IN A RESALABLE CONDITION.

UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS UNLESS THEY ARE GENUINELY FAULTY.

ALL RETURN SHIPPING ON CHANGE OF MIND IS AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. IF YOU PAID FOR SHIPPING ON YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED THIS AMOUNT. YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE A REFUND FOR THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE RETURNED ITEM UNLESS THE PRODUCTS ARE FAULTY WHEN RECEIVED.

PLEASE NOTE SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS THE ITEM IS DEEMED FAULTY.

IF YOU SELECT A REFUND RATHER THAN AN EXCHANGE, THE REFUNDED AMOUNT WILL BE LESS A HANDLING FEE. THIS IS TO COVER THE MERCHANT TRANSACTION FEES AND ASSOCIATED COSTS WHICH ARE NOT REFUNDED TO US IN THE EVENT OF A CHANGE OF MIND RETURN ALONG WITH OUR INTERNAL STAFF COSTS TO PROCESS THE REFUND.

THE HANDLING FEE DEDUCTION ONLY APPLIES IF YOU CHOOSE A MONETARY REFUND RATHER THAN AN EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT. IF YOU CHOOSE TO EXCHANGE THEN THE FULL PRODUCT VALUE PAID WILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU AS A CREDIT.

PLEASE CAREFULLY REPACKAGE YOUR ITEM IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND RETURN VIA A TRACKED METHOD. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PACKAGES.ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM. WE WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND.

IF YOU ARE APPROVED, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. PLEASE ALLOW TWO WEEKS FROM THE TIME YOU RETURN YOUR ORDER FOR YOUR RETURN TO BE PROCESSED.

 

FAULTY
ALL ORDERS WILL BE CAREFULLY INSPECTED PRIOR TO SHIPMENT, IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCT PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL AT HELLO@WHOM.COM.AU WITH YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER WITH A PHOTOGRAPH OF THE ITEM & FAULT ALONG WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE FAULT OR WRONG ITEM YOU RECEIVED.

FAULT / INCORRECT PRODUCTS MUST BE REPORTED TO WHOM WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE TIME YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. PLEASE ALLOW TWO WEEKS FROM THE TIME YOU RETURN YOUR ORDER FOR YOUR RETURN TO BE PROCESSED.

BAMBOO FABRIC IS DELICATE AND SHOULD BE HANDLED WITH CARE, PLEASE CAREFULLY FOLLOW THE CARE LABEL INSTRUCTIONS. THE BELOW OCCURRENCES ARE NOT CONSIDERED FAULTS AND RETURNS WON’T BE ACCEPTED OR REPLACEMENTS OFFERED FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE EXPERIENCED THE FOLLOWING:

- WEAR AND TEAR: WEAR AND TEAR IN THE COURSE OF NORMAL USE IS NOT CONSIDERED A FAULT.
- PILLING: OUR 100% ORGANIC BAMBOO PRODUCTS ARE DELICATE FABRICS AND HAVE NOT BEEN TREATED WITH HARMFUL CHEMICALS. BAMBOO MAY EXPERIENCE SLIGHT PILLING AND IS NORMAL FOR NATURAL FIBRES.
- COLOUR FADING: IT IS NORMAL FOR THE COLOUR OF THE NATURAL BAMBOO FIBRE TO FADE OVER TIME ESPECIALLY IF THE PRODUCTS ARE BEING DRIED IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT.
- SNAPPED BUTTONS: OUR BUTTONS ARE CRAFTED USING NATURE SHELL, OCCASIONALLY BUTTONS MAY SNAP OR BREAK OVER TIME.
- COLOUR VARIATION: PLEASE NOTE THAT COLOURS MAY VARY SLIGHTLY FROM THE PHOTOS AND DIFFER BETWEEN BATCHES.
